Happy baking folks! My newest protein packed recipe!
This is for everyone who is obsessed with pumpkin 🎃🎃🎃

1/4 cup of pumpkin purée
One medium Apple puréed
two scoops of vanilla Quattro Protein
two packets of spenda sweetener
1/4 cup crushed pecans
3 tbsp p28 almond butter
1/4 cup brown rice flour
1 tsp baking soda
3 tbsp honey

add above ingredients together and drop onto a sprayed baking sheet. Make an indent in each cookie and add 1/2 tsp of P28 Almond butter spread. Bake for 8-10 minutes in the oven at 365 degrees.

Makes 15 cookies each cookie contains
